Her husband is Jim Miller who works for the City of San Diego Water Department as a Ranger/Diver and also has a part time pressure washing business. Together they have two children, Bryce and Ryder. They have a very active lifestyle that includes scuba diving, hiking, camping, motor sports and so much more that San Diego has to offer. Professional Philosophy
Tricia has a good working relationship with her owners, tenants and vendors. She works very hard to be sure owners always know what is going on with their properties and that there are never any surprises. When looking to fill a vacant unit she does a thorough check on prospective tenants which includes: Two year rental history (including eviction check), employment history, criminal and credit check. She also puts a lot of energy into marketing properties in local publications and through online websites, which results in an average of a two week property turnover. Once a unit is occupied she does drive by inspections once every three months to insure that the unit is being kept up to proper standards. She also works closely with tenants and vendors to ensure that any problems are solved in a timely and cost efficient manner.
