Rent and HOA payments are always due on the 1st of every month. Depending on your agreement, you may have a few days grace period before a late charge is assessed.
You can pay your rent or HOA dues easily by choosing one of these 3 methods:
1.) Pay in person at 1664 N. Magnolia Avenue in El Cajon. We have a mail slot to drop payment after hours. Directions: Take Interstate 8 to 67 North. Get off on the Bradley exit and make a right on Magnolia. We are 2 blocks north of In-N-Out Burger.
2.) Mail your payment to: 1664 N. Magnolia Avenue, El Cajon, CA 92020. Be sure to get your mail postmarked before the late date to avoid a late charge.
